Payment: everything is payable on site when the visit is finished. Jobs over £1,000: a 20% deposit is due when you accept the quote and we book the work in.

Cancellation: please give us 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel. With less notice a £75 late cancellation fee applies, £150 for installation work.
